Refunds
We only offer refunds if your order arrives damaged. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us at support@fazlaire.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage and your order number.

Processing Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide quality service while managing our resources as a small business.

Due to varying demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 14 business days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 business days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

While this is the case, orders could take up to a month to be processed and sent depending on a variety of conditions, we apologise if this may happen, please keep it in mind!
